WHO IS YULI?

Yuli is the leader of Deuil! He is fairly vain, and has this little smirk in a lot of artwork. If he doesn't, then he usually looks quite annoyed.

Yuli formed Deuil out of boredom, after having slept for 200 years. However, it seems the band that he started to pass time has become a fun hobby?!
